Association Meetings for Residents


The Association is governed by the Bylaws of Overbrook Gardens Association, Inc. which can be accessed here .  These require that an annual meeting of Association members be held in February of each year to conduct the formal business of the Association.  Also, in order to communicate more fully with all the residents of the Overbrook Gardens, whether a member or not, the Board historically has sponsored a meeting for all residents in November of each year.  The minutes from each of the most recent meetings can be accessed below:
