Next Yard Sale
There is no yard sale for 2025, however we are continuing online sales to help residents offload things they want to sell to help raise money for the Overbrook Gardens Association.

Online Sales
We strongly encourage people to reach out ANY time of year to offer items to OGA for our online sales that run year-round. This helps mitigate the overflow in the weeks prior to the yard sale.
If you know someone who might be moving, please mention this opportunity to them to offload anything they may no longer need.
Contact Pat Dyer at 480-820-1819 to arrange a donation.
Thank you in advance for your contributions!

The Association’s annual community yard sale raises money for projects throughout the year and has had great success over the years. Yard sales are generally planned to be held annually on the third Friday and Saturday of February. The yard sale involves the coordination of volunteers for the accumulation and storage of sale items; the activities of the days of the sales; communications with the many homes holding sales; and disposal of items remaining after the sale.
Funds raised by the sales at the homes of the volunteer residents benefited the 776 Wall Project, and are now benefiting the boat ramp project. Since the start of the program a total of $41,805 has been raised. The amounts made each year are:
Year | Sales $ |
---|---|
2024 | $5,508 |
2023 | $4,518 |
2022 | $3,086 |
2021 | $5,000 |
2020 | $3,890 |
2019 | $5,080 |
2018 | $5,685 |
2017 | $4,950 |
2016 | $4,700 |
2015 | $5,500 |
2014 | $4,400 |
2013 | $2,600 |
The OGA Board of Directors would like to thank those members who volunteered their time and energies to make our annual yard sale a great success. From the workers who helped at our association sale site, to the neighbors who donated items to sell, and those who held their own yard sales and donated a portion of their sales to our fund-raising efforts for our new boat ramp; thank you for your support.
All residents of our community are encouraged to have their own personal yard sales that same weekend. This will encourage shoppers to come into the area and participate in all the sales.
