Treasurer Volunteer

Support the financial health of Overbrook Gardens Association by managing dues, payments, and expenses. This role includes maintaining accurate records in RunHOA, reconciling bank accounts, preparing monthly financial updates for the Board, and ensuring all required filings and payments are completed on time.

Front Entrance Decorating Crew Volunteer

Take charge of decorating our Front Entrance for the holidays. Including Christmas, Memorial Day and Independence Day. These are three holiday events that require a team to work together to create a welcoming holiday entrance for the Community.

Community Yard Sale Team Leader- Volunteer

This Leader will require organizational skills & 3-4 people to help. Attend the Nov Community Meeting & announce donations can now be accepted for the Feb Yard sale. Store donations in OGA trailers. In Jan begin sorting and pricing items. Feb, begin setting up tables and sorting priced items. Arrange a large sign to be placed at the entrance of OGA. At the Feb member meeting coordinate a list of volunteers to work on the Yard sale each day from Thur-Sat. This position generally runs from Nov-end of Feb. Keep all funds in a safe place. Record earnings for each day. Provide total of earnings to the Board.

Social Committee Team- Volunteer

To coordinate and work with the Board of Directors for the following Community Events-Fall Community Meeting Nov, Christmas Golf Cart Parade and Christmas Party, Member meeting in Feb, Annual Spring Picnic March, Earth Day clean up in April. We welcome new ideas from the community to enjoy all that Overbrook has to offer. This position generally runs from Nov-Apr.  Work with a budget provided by the Board for all events.

Maintenance Crew- Volunteer

Strong active people to work with the Maintenance Team Leader to care for our Parks and 776 Concrete Wall. This position is about 6-8 hours per month, depending on how many people show up to help.
