Association membership is voluntary, and served by many member-volunteers. Membership costs include and cover:
- Private boat ramp pass
- Night time security patrol
- Safe school bus stops
- Access to and maintenance of eight Association properties
- Maintenance of the 1600' Neighborhood wall and front entrance
